What Makes Me Different
- Due to my specialized training, I am able to sway with the flow of your mind and address issues as they arise. I can easily bypass any resistance that would normally arise in your typical hypnosis session.
- I am trained in a particular hypnosis that is rarely used. It's a way to further bypass any resistance therefore, leading straight to the unconscious workings in your mind. During hypnosis, , there is a heightened state of focus and suggestibility, which allows for positive changes in thoughts and behaviors. There is no loss of control or doing anything that wouldn't normally be done. The hypnotic state is a natural state of mind that people experience in their daily life. For example, when someone is completely absorbed in a book, a movie, or a task, they are in a form of hypnosis.
- I am not interested in creating a co-dependant relationship with my clients. The entire purpose of enlightening my clients is to tune them/you into your minds power.
- The hypnotist's role is to guide the person into the hypnotic state and make suggestions that will help them achieve their goals. I use a particular method in which I can tell if the session is working during the session to make sure we are accomplishing the goal. Because, these are breakthrough sessions, this allows your mind to bring up and address several root cause issues at once which is the reason we can assist your presenting issue. I might also use NLP or other methods depending upon what is presented to me at the time.
- Hypnosis works by allowing a person to bypass their critical thinking and access their subconscious mind, where they can make changes that they might not be able to make while fully awake, as the unconscious is always going to protect you and prefers the status quo, therefore, is against change.
- The subconscious mind is what controls a person's habits, behaviors, and automatic physical responses. By using hypnosis, a therapist can make suggestions to the person that can help them change their thoughts and behavior, and also improve their physical responses.
- Overall, hypnosis is considered as a powerful tool that can help to re-program the mind to respond in a positive way to certain triggers, which can lead to changes in thinking, beliefs and behavior, and can help to improve the overall well-being.
During hypnosis we are tapping into different levels of consciousness:
Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta are five different types of brain waves that are associated with different states of consciousness.
- Gamma waves are the fastest brain waves and are associated with high-level cognitive processing, such as problem-solving, perception, and memory. They are also associated with states of heightened awareness and concentration.
- Beta waves are slightly slower than Gamma waves and are associated with normal waking consciousness. They are present when we are alert, focused, and engaged in mental activities such as decision making, planning, and problem-solving.
- Alpha waves are slower than Beta waves and are associated with a relaxed and calm state of mind. They are present when we are in a state of mild relaxation, such as during meditation or deep breathing exercises.
- Theta waves are even slower than Alpha waves and are associated with a deep state of relaxation and meditation. They are present when we are in a state of deep relaxation, such as during yoga or deep sleep.
- Delta waves are the slowest brain waves and are associated with deep sleep and the unconscious mind. They are present when we are in a state of deep sleep, and are thought to be involved in the healing and regenerative processes that occur during sleep.
